Worst Experience EVER
06 Oct 2025
My stay started off on the wrong foot with the front desk staff being misleading. They offered us a discount on parking if we attended what they described as a “complimentary breakfast.” In reality, it was a high-pressure timeshare presentation. We couldn’t make it to the breakfast, and they treated it like missing a doctor’s appointment without notice—saying we would be charged regardless.Ultimately, they charged us the full $50 per night for parking. To make matters worse, they even sent us an email confirming a parking refund, but the card they issued it to wasn’t even ours. The entire experience was chaotic and unprofessional. The Murphy bed in our room was noisy and uncomfortable to use, and the atmosphere of the hotel was anything but relaxing. One particularly disturbing moment was when I was sitting in the lobby and witnessed a loud staff meeting where management was yelling at housekeeping employees right in front of guests. Who holds staff meetings in the lobby like that? It was shocking and unprofessional.Behind the scenes, the setup is clearly designed to funnel guests into high-pressure timeshare sales pitches. The entire experience felt deceptive and manipulative. This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. I will never return, and I’ll make sure to warn others to avoid this place as well.

Beautiful Portland OR
10 Aug 2025
Local public transportation stops nearby, allowing you to visit all over the city, including the Arboretum , zoo, Japanese Garden and International Rose Test Gardens only a 20 minute MAX train ride away. While there are many unhoused people in downtown Portland, they do not bother people and I never felt unsafe walking to nearby restaurants or shops. The concierge let me know how to use the transportation system. I had a studio which had a Murphy bed. The studio was large, but the bed wasn't as comfortable as being in my own bed at home.

Worst experience ever received by sales representatives on false statement inorder to make customer convinced
17 Sept 2024
Please encourage the sales representatives to be more positive on important things that they miss out while serving the customers, they are nice and the way of approaching but to see on the other side the important points they do not explain such as Vacation is the key to relax minds and enjoy full enjoyment with timeshare purchases but “Forget to tell that from the date of purchase only 5 days is given to cancel any timeshare purchased. Promised to help out anytime anywhere, for commissions sales representatives does sales and confirms that Worldmark does not take away food from anyone’s table if they somehow could not continue to do any payments all they need is to call anyone and tell the reason and their request would get cancelled “ANYTIME”. And when messaged and called we are not helped, calls just keeps getting transferred from one place to another, get tired explaining everything over again and again, they saying once purchased there is no way leaving timeshare. My question is, people get motivated how they are approached with good effects and in return also expect same-thing in return and not getting depression over this that while serving the sales representative has lied over customers promissing things that on half way they leave the customers behind. Right now we are mentally and financially so pressured by wrong information that was carried out during our orientation and then zoom interview everything got recorded does not read or explain important closure of contracts all that was told go ahead and sign put your initials….. Knowing the good standard that Worldmark is having, i am not putting any sales representatives names etc all i want is customers be mindful how they are being served and should get to know important details that they get to sign should be explained thoroughly. I am not here to justify anything, i am just trying to put my own review by the experience since i do not want what situation we are going through no one else goes through that.
