    Our highest recommendation. We stayed for three nights at this top-notch excellent value property. The service was courteous and accommodating. We needed a quiet room, and were given one on the top floor at the end of the hall – perfect! The staff were all friendly and welcoming. There are two clean and inexpensive self-service washers, and two dryers. The supermarket is a convenient two-minute walk. The included breakfast was good: scrambled eggs, breakfast meat, instant oatmeal, waffles, etc. The bathtub has a rubber mat. The room was clean, but the top surface of the AC/heating unit was noticeably dingy and needed a deep scrub. The indoor pool is large, but quite cold. We would give it more than five stars, but that’s the maximum TripAdvisor allows.

    Surprisingly Great Stay – Excellent Staff and Clean Rooms

    When traveling in the United States, I typically stay at Marriott or Hilton properties for the points accumulation and somewhat consistent standards.Recently, I was in New Hampshire for an event and stayed at this Quality Inn. I don't normally book this category of hotel, but I decided to give it a try after seeing the reviews and awards listed on the Choice Hotels website.Win:Here’s what stood out to me:The rooms were very clean, and the bedding was surprisingly nice (although the pillows were too soft for my personal preference). The pool and hot tub were a hit with everyone. The staff was exceptional—every interaction felt personal.Opportunities:While the property was clean and well-maintained, it felt a bit dated and could benefit from renovations. During my stay, it looked like they had started renovating the lobby, which I imagine will further enhance the property.Verdict:I spent time around the reception area and observed how the staff interacted with guests, and I was impressed. Every front desk team member delivered exceptional customer service: friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They seemed to know the guests personally and made everyone feel at home.Honestly, I’ve stayed at higher-end hotels that didn’t match the experience I had here. I now understand why this property gets such high praise. I’ll definitely return—and I happily recommend it.

    I travel alot...rarely does a hotel fall in to the 'excellent' category, nor do I very often take the time to write reviews unless I'm disappointed greatly. This morning I went out of my way and made it a point to come on here and review this hotel as...you guessed it...EXCELLENT. I hesitated booking here as I'm a bit of a hotel snob and typically book at one of the 4 or 5 star chains...but this wasn't necessarily an option this time as it was not I paying for the stay. From the moment we entered it was clear these people take hospitality seriously. Freindly, accommodating and patient. The rooms were older but clean and nicely set up. Beds were OMFG comfortable, shower head adjusted to exactly the right power. Pool was good sized, clean and hot tub as well. Breakfast...I commented to the TWO attendants how clean, well thought out the area was and a wonderful assortment for all needs. The coffee was actually pleadingly good! I am still in shock but this hotel is worth it. I truly feel as though I got a six star stay for a two star price.....

    Lovely employees but rooms need renovation

    The good: Quality Inn employees at this location are pleasant and helpful. There is a refrigerator in the room, a pool, a small fitness area with some cardio machines, and free breakfast. It has a heat and air conditioning unit that you can control. The rooms and linens were clean. There is adequate free parking.The bad: My first room smelled like a gym locker, so we moved to another room. It smelled much better, but I still got a locker room whiff from time to time. The bed was mediocre. The decor is very dated. The bathroom is crusty except for the bath/shower insert, which looks much newer than the rest of the room. The breakfast is the same every day and it seems to be all processed food except for the fresh fruit they offer. There is construction next door which may be loud from time to time.I would have given this hotel 2 stars, but the employees are so nice, I gave it 3. I don't think I will stay here the next time I visit the area.

    Adequate Inn - better than paying higher prices just to sleep.

    We now refer to this as the "adequate" inn. We had a bed and bathroom. Just what we needed. But definitely a budget hotel. Construction next door at the McDonalds, entry road that felt more like a roller coaster or land mine track. Parking lot was a bit noisy so beware of getting a room on that side.
