Location

The hotel is located less than one hour north of Boston and south of Portland, Maine, at exit 7 off route 95. It is situated in the heart of the downtown historic waterfront district/downtown Portsmouth. The beach is around 10 minutes' drive away.

The hotel has 2 junior suites, 13 suites, 8 apartments, 98 single rooms and 79 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.
