  This location has had the pool closed and elevator down for months - maybe a year. Having only one working elevator for a four story hotel must be a fire code violation. My partner travels with a service dog and it is really difficult to manage the wait for an elevator to take you down so he can walk his dog. Breakfast is not competitive and costs $11, but only includes cheap carbs.. Go to Hilton or Marriott for free breakfast that includes healthy options. The beds are hit or miss. Some literally sag in the middle. This shower drain was stopped up and there were large bugs in the bathroom. The staff did nothing when I reported these issues in person and via email. If I was not a Globalist, I would never come back.

  I made reservations weeks in advance and paid in full. Upon checking in they scammed me saying they were full and the room i booked with two beds was sold out and I had to take a room with one bed. Excuse me? What happened to my confirmed and paid reservation for my family? They said they gave my room away to Hyatt member. Unacceptable. These folks are scammers,.please find other properties nearby. Government should shut down this property where law is violated.

  Functional and Clean, but Showing Some Age

  We spent last weekend at this Hyatt Place, and while it was a perfectly fine stay, nothing about the experience really stood out. The hotel is currently undergoing some renovations, which meant only one elevator was in service while the other was being replaced.The RoomThe room was clean and well-maintained, which is always a priority. However, the mattress was a weak point; it had a noticeable sink in the middle. While I managed to get some sleep, it definitely wasn't the most comfortable bed and felt like it might be time for an update.Breakfast and ServiceCheck-in was straightforward and efficient with no issues at all. As for the breakfast, it was relatively basic, perhaps "barely acceptable" is the best description. We ended up sticking to the bread, bagels, coffee, and juice rather than trying the other options.The VerdictThis is an okay choice if you're looking for a clean, simple place to stay in Princeton, but it didn't leave a lasting impression. It’s a reliable, no-frills option that serves its purpose for a quick trip.

  Very dog friendly hotel, pet cleaning fee was high for a one night stay but overall this was a really comfortable stay, the room had a small sectional and a wet bar. Would be great for those traveling for a wedding

  Not Worth Your Time or Money

  There are no rugs in the room. The mirrors for the sink face the bed which is unsettling. The TV is not really watchable from anywhere except one part of the bed. The desk is right next to the TV so good luck working if the other person you're with wants to watch tv. The room was painted so poorly. I could have done a better job. The door to the room was dented. I'm guessing because at one point it was broken into. The pipes make noise when you shower. The bathroom door barely closed. The heating unit makes all kinds of noises. Now, heating units are supposed to make noises that are the same every day. Not this heating unit. It woke me up throughout the night with random and startling noises. The pictures on the website of the rooms are highly deceptive. Only one of the elevators worked, but not well. The noises it made seemed like noises you would expect in a haunted house. The "breakfast" was laughable. They got a bunch of dole fruit cups and poured them into a giant bowl to pass it off as "fruit". One day the "eggs" that were served was just chopped up hard boiled eggs. There were no pancakes or waffles. There were no pastries or muffins, not even in their sorry market. The oatmeal looked as if it had never been stirred. It was just murky water. I will never stay here again. I hope the hotel gets new management or shuts down because it is not worth staying at for anyone unless you have literally nowhere else to go.
