    My second time staying here. Love the location outside of San Antonio, the management, check in, the room size and amenities ... Do NOT love going through the maze of streets to get to the location of the hotel or the very obvious lack of lighting in the room. The parking lot lighting gave a sense of safety after dark.

    Rooms were ok for the money but my truck got stolen said said it was 6th truck that week and I would like to quote the police that this motel parking lot is notorious for stolen vehicles we had to argue with management to get videos of actually theft but conveniently the 20 secs of video actually showing my truck get stolen magically was not on there I belive management was in on it me and my wife have been leaving reviews daily but all these sites keep taking them down which is the most disheartening best western said that they can't control what franchises do I feel like is they wouldn't take down the reviews people might not get there vehicles stolen

    Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was served unlike my other hotel experiences. Sparkling clean and safe area. Bang for the buck!!

    OUR 2022 FORD F350 TRUCK WAS STOLEN FROM THE PARKING LOT

    Our 2022 Ford F350 truck was stolen from the parking lot last night. When we called the police they said that was the 6th truck stolen from there. The security cameras are low quality.
