  Good for what we needed. I’d stay there again.

  Decently priced hotel. Room was decent sized, bed was comfortable, breakfast was hot, with plenty of choices each morning. Quiet minus the morning wake up call from the birds in the tree outside our window. Pool and hot tub were comfortable temps. Only complaint was the shower. Why is there only 1/2 a glass partition? Very poor design that sprayed water everywhere, no matter what you tried to do to contain it. This was the same design our son had at another hotel in San Antonio, so I guess it’s a trend there for some reason. I read so many posts on car break ins in San Antonio, but we never saw issues. There is a security car that drives around the property after Midnight. Hotel is in a mostly residential area, nothing within walking distance to anything. Just kind of out there by itself.   We stayed at BW Lackland for BMT Graduation. The hotel is located within a short drive to the base. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Everything worked in the room (AC, Microwave, etc.) We chose a room with a sitting area (Sofa and Chair), there is plenty of seating for visiting in the lobby and the back patio. Breakfast was excellent and provided early enough for parents/families of BMT graduates to be able to eat prior to going to base. There is a bar on site, if you choose to have a drink. The staff were excellent!

  The staff was awesome. They were extremely helpful. We were greeted with excellent information and maps with extensive information for our son’s BMT graduation. The hotel is very close to Lackland AF base. I would strongly recommend especially if you’re there for a graduation.

  Over all it was a pleasant stay. The stay was a little expensive for such dated hotel. We were able to check in early by paying $30 (which I wasn't told over the phone but we were there already). Stayed 2 nights with two other families. One of them had stayed here in Dec of 2023 and recommend us the hotel due to the location and breakfast. We were in town to take the kids to SeaWorld. It was our first hotel stay with two kids now. We let front desk know that our 1 yr old was loud and to feel free to call us at any point if there was any noise complaints. Luckily there wasn't anyone next or below us. Staff was friendly and rooms were decent. Water pressure was delightful and temperature was lovely. The tub spout was loose/ broken but still worked. The hot breakfast was the selling point for us, since we were traveling with 8 kids over all. They had a waffle station with all the fixings, different cereals, eggs and other hot options that would change daily. There was oatmeal, yogurts and fresh fruit available. There was a beverage station that had coffee, milk and apple juice as well. The Tv's are old so the kids were disappointed. The entire place was super quiet and the parking lot seem very safe.

  A/C functions well and is fairly quiet. I wish the bedside electrical outlets were not behind the night stand. The modular furniture designed is very efficient. There is a small shelf above the television set and the bench is high enough to be able to store a cooler or luggage underneath. A fairly modest table/desk. However, the chair is very comfortable and the up and down control actually. A comfortable easy chair with ottoman and lamp stand in the corner, even with two Queen beds. works. Nice big vanity in the bathroom and an expand out/curved shower curtain.Friendly staff, good shower pressure, good breakfast - including very fresh bananas, apples and oranges. Small pillows either had foam chunks or really dense fabric/fill. None of the 6 or 8 pillows was "just right."Single pane windows. From the second floor, I could hear people outside my window talking loudly until I turned the A/C fan from Auto to On.
