    A hidden gem.

    Don't let the price or location fool you, this place is a gem. Whoever is in charge of the cleaning takes it very seriously. Not only are the rooms sparkling clean, our room didn't smell like they dumped 10 lbs of carpet fresh on the carpet like most hotels do today. A pleasant surprise. We visit our son and his family regularly in the area and this is our new go to hotel when there.     Mrs Patel is awesome. And in the morning Lorrie is so nice and sweet. The breakfast is 1st class. Hot and fresh. Eggs sausage and hash browns. Waffles. Fresh fruit and cereal. And hot coffee and juices and Hazelnut and cream. The staff is courteous and professional.     NORESTERN HOTEL..

    I expected to rest, but the heating and cooling system was so extremely loud that the sleep that I needed was difficult to get.. So, it was norestern hotel. When I came down in the night there was no attendant to speak to. They charged me $148 for the night.. not a bargain. THE MANAGEMENT NOT ON PROPERTY UNTIL CHECK OUT..     Amazing Customer Service and Support!

    This was an amazing experience! The hotel was very clean and the room was very clean! The black lady in the kitchen area was amazing. Very conversational and welcoming. Every front desk person (at least 4) was beyond customer service friendly! I don’t know any of their names but the man in the daytime and the woman from overnights and the woman in the morning! My baby left her stitch and they called to let me know it was there. I recommend this one to everyone! You will feel right at home and the service comes with more than a smile but with genuine care!
