  It was a nice hotel, clean and the breakfast in the morning was pretty good. Felt very safe and the room was kept nicely. There were some kids running around late at night being loud and the front desk gave us a little trouble, though. Other than that, I would stay here again

  3 night stay. No maid service and nothing telling you this when booking, no extra towels , shampoo soap,ect. Same BLAND limited breakfast items every day. Microwave was connected to light switch (?) at door. Nothing telling you this at check in or in room. So also no light when entering room. Limited outside parking. Exterior back door never locked even tho noted 24 hr locked entrance. Filthy back door area. Will not stay again. Online is mention that service upon request and maid service every 3 days if its for long term customer, and for short stays service upon request .If you need towels or any amenities go to front desk we will provide . Breakfast is brand standard breakfast and Microwave is not connected to light switch ,that switch is for Microwave .As soon as you enter by the vanity ,there is a light switch. I apologize that back door has a issue. We called repair person and they ordered parts that are back orders so waiting for part to come in.

  We came super late one night and just needed somewhere to stay for 2 nights and the man at the front desk was super nice and friendly. The process was super easy and we were able to get a room within about 10 mins. The room was also very clean and nice it was a good stay over all. I liked that we were not in the city but close enough to not have to drive very far. It was a little pricey but not to bad because it was worth the cleanliness and the service from the workers. I would recommend this place for sure!

  I would never stay here again & here’s why. My sister and I needed a place to stay the night of the Greta Van Fleet Concert. We chose Comfort Inn San Antonio due to only being 10 minutes from the AT&T Center. Driving up to the hotel you can immediately tell it needs updating. At the front desk, the service was poor. Asking me to initial beside the ‘rate’ and not allowing me to even know what the rate was. We were only given one key to the room. When we opened the door it smelled of mildew and was damp and warm in the room. The ceiling looked like it had water damage that was not fixed. We immediately turned around and left the room. We told the front desk and their answer was ‘the first floor is where we put pets.’ This doesn’t explain why you would allow your guests to stay in a room that could potentially cause Illness. We asked to be placed in another room which did not smell of mildew thank God. We checked the sheets to make sure there were no bed bugs, etc. Unfortunately we did find hair in our sheets. Enough said, this place could use way better house keeping. Re-modeling to the maximum. I do not recommend staying here.

  Place was quiet despite being close to I-10. Breakfast was so-so, but theres a greasy spoon within walking distance (if you care to chance it!) Side entrance of the hotel needs better security... there were several times when our card wasn't needed to open the door. Nice to see they're making some upgrades and improvements to the interior. I would stay there again.
