Extremely rude lady at front-desk nor compatible to hospitality standards.

    rating11 Jan 2026

    1. Racially Abusive and Discriminatory ConductDuring my late-night check-in (which had been communicated in advance), a woman identifying herself as part of hotel management made racially derogatory remarks, explicitly stating that “Indians are always argumentative” simply because I politely requested a room change from a single bed to a double bed—an option shown as available at the same rate in the Wyndham app. This comment was unprovoked, discriminatory, and entirely unacceptable in any hospitality setting.2a. Unsafe Premises Resulting in Physical InjuryThe room assigned to me had poorly maintained flooring, with wooden planks protruding and uneven. As a direct result, I stumbled and fell, injuring my knee. While no emergency treatment was required, there was visible swelling and pain.I am attaching photographs clearly documenting the unsafe flooring condition. This constitutes a serious safety and liability issue.2b. Unsafe Premises and Inoperable Room AmenitiesThe room assigned to me had poorly maintained flooring, with wooden planks protruding and uneven. As a direct result, I stumbled and fell, injuring my knee. While no emergency treatment was required, there was visible swelling and pain.In addition, the microwave oven in the room was non-functional, rendering a basic in-room amenity unusable. This further demonstrates the property’s failure to maintain the room in a safe and operable condition, falling well below Wyndham’s minimum brand and habitability standards.I am attaching photographs clearly documenting the unsafe flooring condition. These issues constitute a serious safety, maintenance, and liability concern.3. Harassment, Intimidation, and ThreatsDespite my confirmed Diamond member late checkout (1:00 PM), the same individual aggressively confronted me near noon, falsely accusing me of overstaying and threatening additional charges. When I showed her photographic evidence of the unsafe flooring and explained my fall, she mocked and mimicked my injury, escalated the situation, and created a public scene. Most alarming:She chased my wife and me with a broomstickShe shouted at us to leave immediatelyShe explicitly threatened to damage my carHer husband, identified as the manager, supported this behavior in the parking lotThis behavior was threatening, humiliating, and emotionally distressing, and it forced us to leave the property out of fear for our safety.4. Emotional and Mental DistressThis incident occurred during year-end travel, immediately following another stressful travel-related incident, and it had a significant emotional and mental impact on both me and my wife. No guest—especially a loyal Diamond member—should ever be subjected to racial abuse, threats, or intimidation at a Wyndham-branded property.

Had to visit the desk repeatedly for amenities I paid for in advance

    rating07 May 2024

Do NOT recommend this place unless you want to have to visit the front desk repeatedly for amenities you paid for in advance, feel micromanaged, and have to be questioned during your paid stay. Stayed here May 3, 2024-May 5, 2024 room 103 (2 room mobility access room). On arrival the man at the desk ask how many people I informed him my mother, father and myself. The man responded ok because it's a handicap room. I informed yes for my father that needed the mobility devices in the room. My husband arrived later that night after work. Entering my room no working blow dryer, no working microwave, no iron but to tired to mention it. The next morning I went to the desk to ask for iron and blow dryer the lady provided both. Later the man at the desk knocks at our room door to confirm the number of people and inform me I booked 1 person. I informed him complete accident as I informed him at check in my parents and myself while my husband showed up late that night. He informed of additional charge I told him understandable and charge the fee per person. He did inform me he would be fair and charge $25 rather than $40. While it's $15 cheaper it didn't really matter to me because that does not cover the cost of the room that did not have the amenities I paid for that I did not have. He did offer to provide another microwave, I declined but requested towels, he informed none at the time all in the washer. My husband had to return to the desk 1 hour later to follow up on towels. Saturday night I went to the front desk to ask for 2 paper cups one for my fathers medication and one for to get ice with water. The lady at the desk ask "what room?" I informed her "room 103" She responded "103?103? You sure room 103" I responded "yes, room 103." She proceeded to walkaway to the storage room across the hall and gave me 2 paper cups. Housekeeping never came by the same trash we had on Friday evening was still there Sunday morning at check out. The same towels we had Friday night and Saturday, we used again on Sunday before check out. To much inconvenience for me while traveling with my elderly parents.

    Stay somewhere else

    rating27 Mar 2024

This place is disgusting. They clearly don’t clean. When we checked in, our toilet was clogged, there was no toilet paper, and no towels. Half of the lights in the bathroom did not work. It should be condemned. Stay anywhere else.

    Great Hotel!

    rating26 Feb 2024

Loved our experience here. Mr. Patel and his family were very accommodating to our church's last minute booking. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of foods and drinks of your choosing. Couldn't of asked for better hospitality and environment.

    Really great

    rating26 Feb 2024

Really nice employees, had to book 11 rooms last minute but it wasn’t a problem. Truly blessed to have spent 2 nights at this hotel. The breakfast was also really good, they had a good variety of options to eat. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were kept clean. Highly suggest you come here!
