    Downfall there is no elevator and it hard to carry a large suitcase upstairs.     We always stay here on trips to South Padre Island. This time it was expensive. We stay here because of reasonable pricing. Now, I will look around for a better price. It could be just inflation.     I stay in a hotel when I travel for business. I have to be in San Antonio once a week.     WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

    The staff was absolutely horrible and very disrespectful. He will try to pull one over on you every chance he gets if you aren't paying attention and know what you are doing. Make sure and get proof of all your receipts because he waits until you are gone to close them out and act like it never happen. The property is 3/4 under construction. I was placed in a room with no working phone, no smoke detecter, and no proper working A/C unit. What kind of business puts someone in a room with no working A/C unit in this kind of texas heat and doesnt expect them to notice??     Room was not sanitary. There were marks on the walls and doors. I felt pretty dirty here. Service was great, breakfast was definitely lacking but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and certainly wouldn’t have my children sleep here again.
