    We ate dinner in the restaurant during our stay and Val was really personable and offered great service. The food was also very good and very reasonable.

    The breakfast each morning was awesome! Josh made delicious omelette and Amber took great care of our needs!! Definitely will stay there next time in San Antonio!

    Where do I start Service was amazing Amber went out of her way to ensure breakfast and my trip ended awesome Josh makes the best omelette somewhat better then my wife (dont let her see this)Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone definitely stop in for breakfast and speak with amber she gave me days of activity to do

    I checked in early today for three nights for my anesthesiology congress this weekend. At the time the lady in reception said she would text me when my room was ready. Okay. I appreciated the room probably wouldn’t be ready early. I’m Hilton Diamond and often they will sort things early for us as they have done in my past where possible. No recognition was made of my status at check in. And no offer of courtesy drink and snack which was due to me too. I found that disappointing to say the least. I went into town then came back and sat at the pool at midday. At 15:40 after I had heard nothing I went past reception to ask the position. I got no absolutely no apology except to ask of I’d checked my app. I had ten minutes before and no key was available then. The lady then asked if I had renewed my login. Was she implying I was lying? I finally got my room. No apology. Unbelievable. I was not impressed. This evening after dinner I returned and the tv indicated there was an issue with the signal. It indicated an issue with the antenna. Or I could pay exorbitant prices for a movie. I wasn’t interested in the latter. So I went back downstairs and mentioned to the other lady on that it wasn’t working. She was completely disinterested and told me she would inform maintenance. No apology. An hour later and no one has come over. I stay at numerous Hilton’s in the year. The complete lack of interest by both ladies today was shocking. And their disinterest in me as a client - more so as a Diamond member was very telling of the attitude here. I sure as hell will never return. Last night I was at the Garden Inn San Antonio airport and what a completely different story. I should have stayed there.
