    This hotel is not only beautiful, but it also offers exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm, genuine, and inviting. There truly is no better place to stay in San Antonio. Its convenient location places you just minutes away from the city’s major attractions, making it the perfect home base for exploring everything San Antonio has to offer.The breakfast was delicious and comforting, creating an atmosphere that felt just like home. Every detail, from the welcoming staff to the elegant surroundings, contributed to an experience that was both relaxing and memorable. The ambiance is truly second to none.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Antonio. It captures the heart of Texas hospitality and provides an unforgettable stay. This is a true Texas treasure!

    Formal Set Up but Hotel gave Disposable Cups

    I have a banquet here for my daughter’s 18th birthday last June 6 and they didn’t follow the contract, we have a formal event here and they gave us disposable plastic cups for my 120 guests If I were you, do not choose this hotel. They do not care about you, it’s just your money. Run fast before you sign up. Please contact me before you sign up, I have pictures and proof. We have to get our water as well they didn’t serve it for a formal set up. I have the right to post because I was a customer and social media is a great way to review. After contacting them about it, nobody have taken responsibility of the shortcomings. Nobody even said i’m sorry your event became like a market not an elegant formal luncheon.
