    Terrible stay 10/10 wouldn’t recommend

    rating26 Mar 2026

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. First off, the parking lot fills up way too fast. The beds are hard and uncomfortable—I woke up with back and hip pain every morning—and the pillows are completely flat.Throughout our entire 4-night stay, there was a constant high-pitched ringing noise in the room that never stopped. The bathroom was dirty, and the shower even had someone’s old used pimple patches left next to the shampoo pump, which was honestly disgusting. The only positive was having the pool to ourselves. Other than that, I genuinely feel like we would’ve had a better experience at a Motel 6.

    Good value for money

    rating20 Apr 2025

From the outside the hotel is quite uncharming but when you come in, the feeling is much better. Nice rooms with big bath room. The parking is outside the hotel and is 12$ per night. There is a 10-12 minutes walk to the river walk area and 15 minutes to the Alomo. The breakfast is average but in total the hotel is good value for money.

    Don’t stay here!

    rating27 Mar 2025

Where to start….1) Breakfast - if high end is what you’re looking for, don’t go here. Plastic cutlery, paper cups, paper plates are what’s on offer.2) Plastic fixtures and fitting made to look like chrome - see photos3) Broken hooks4) cheap plastic coffee machine with paper cups, no milk or cream just creamer in a paper sachet. 5) broken blind and curtains that didn’t close at all6) constant humming - we found out after searching for the noise that our room was next to the swimming pool mechanical room.7) manager of the ‘hotel’ was rude. When request for a new door key was made by me she replied that I couldn’t have one as I wasn’t on the booking. I was locked out. My husband is deaf so couldn’t hear me banging on the door so I waited in the corridor until he opened the door to see where I was and what had taken me so long. Manager needs to take a leaf out of the young girl who worked the 3-11pm shift and was always so polite and accommodating. She was pretty much the only positive thing about this hotel. 8) nowhere near the Riverwalk and I felt quite scared walking back to the hotel.

Most expensive 18 hour stay at a hotel of my life 111 dollar room ended up costing me 4000 dollars in tail lights

    rating16 Feb 2025

I didn’t even stay here for 24 hours and some one literally stole my tail lights out of my f250 my wife and I have a working theory that the staff may be in on it with the auto shop that is next door because for one my truck was visible from the front desk it was parked right up front there was no damage to my truck so obviously someone knew what they were doing to get them out with the tail gate locked and they would have had to know how much they were worth like an auto repair shop would like the one next door to this hotel staff was no help at all with the situation didn’t even offer to let us see the surveillance footage that they said they had so the stay may be cheap but it could cost you 4,000 in tail lights

    Terrible experience

    rating26 Jun 2024

General Manager was very racist and rude. Said she didn’t want Mexican people at her hotel. Her staff was receiving orders from her and told them not to talk to Mexican people. She threaten us to leave the hotel or would call the cops. Very RACIST
