    Okay I enjoy this place, staff was welcome. And if I need something they all are fast to help. Things I don’t like is, housekeeping do not clean well. Last, I ask for 2 night but had a call next morning saying my stuff still in the room and I mention I needed 2 night! They didn’t have 2 bedroom so they gave us 1 king bedroom and one with couch! But the bed isn’t a king, it more like queen! Anyway all I got to say is make sure when you all check out to make sure you all aren’t charge more then 3rd day room…. I was charge $201 for 3rd! But she refund back same day after I left hour ago! I don’t think I would return to this hotel again.

    Fresh Renovation Nice Area

    I enjoy the location of this Property, close to UTSA and Wurzbach w lots of shopping/restaurants nearby. Since my last visit, the Property has been renovated and new ownership has taken over. Raj, the GM, is very attentive and guest-oriented. Raj has selected two great Front Desk reps in Sid and Dinesh, and both guys greeted me warmly everyday and respected my Status by honoring my Requests during my 5-night stay. The Property is now cashless, including Guest Laundry. Beer and wine for sale in suite shop. Fitness Center w Peloton is in good shape. My room was quiet and comfortable; new streaming TVs. Again, the location of the Property is great and the Service by Raj, Sid, and Dinesh is Excellent.

    We're headed back to California for the holidays, and our first stop was the Hampton inn suites in San Antonio. Hotel was easy to locate off of the I-10 had to do a quick U-turn under the freeway. Room was very clean and well kept up. Got a good night's rest before a long drive in the morning hotel staff was kind and courteous overall noise level was very quiet. Reasonably priced good value for the dollar.

    Rooms are clean but rooms are set up weird. If you are self conscious of anyone hearing you in the bathroom this is not the place for you. Our first room had an obnoxiously loud air conditioning unit but the staff was very friendly in changing our room.

    “Beware: Hampton Inn Canceled My Room Without Notice”

    I recently had one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever encountered at a Hampton Inn. I booked two rooms for a four-day, three-night stay and am a Hilton Honors Member.Upon my arrival on Saturday, I was informed by the front desk representative that my second room had been canceled. When I asked why, I was first told that I had canceled the room myself—which was impossible, as I was driving over four and a half hours to get there. The explanation then shifted to claim that the cancellation came from the third-party site through which the second room had been booked.The front desk representative was unhelpful and dismissive throughout the situation, showing little concern for the inconvenience caused. This left my family and me scrambling to make alternate arrangements after a long day of travel, which was both stressful and unacceptable.I’ve always trusted Hilton properties for their consistency and customer service, but this experience fell far below expectations. I would appreciate it if you could investigate what happened with this reservation and advise on what steps Hilton will take to make this right.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
