    If you want your vehicle broken into stay here. Hotel no help. Had to call police. Several vehicles broken into Not safe.

    The hotel was mediocre at best. I check in later in the evening and don’t see signs that said parking is paid. I’ve never been to a hotel like this that has paid parking in the very empty parking lot. No one mentioned the parking at all and I had a notice on my car in the morning. I was surprised by this. That should always be mentioned and it should be in the listing online. Then the rooms and conditions are not good. The room was not very clean, splatter on walls of who knows what, dirty comforter under coverlet, hair in shower, and just tired and worn out furnishings. The bed was very firm and not all that comfortable. Shower water pressure was very low. Toilet was slow to flush and squealed loudly when flushed. I’m a Hilton Honors member and this was the worst Hilton I’ve ever been in. Thankfully it was only one night.     Monica at the front desk was not helpful, doesn’t look like her job and her goal is to make any progress harder than it should be. Hoping she can find a job where she is happier… and not continue to be the customer’s first experience/face for this hotel. Other than that - great location and breakfast.     Parking is through 3rd party. Hotel website says it is $10. It actually is $10 plus service charge and tax. Totally deceptive! Hotel is in desperate need of regular maintenance. GFI was tripped for in room coffee but could not reset as the reset botton on the GFI was missing. Fitness Center equipment is worn out. One treadmill doesn't work at all.     I paid $33 for two adults for breakfast. It was not worth the price at all. The food was hard and cold. Very limited choices. I was very disappointed. I was wondering why we were the only two people there eating now I know why.
