    The best part about our stay was the valet service. The hotel was nice, the food from the hotel restaurant was way below what we usually get at a Hilton but the valet!!! Nick, Q, and Jonathan were amazing valet! When they were at work, our car was always ready for us when we got downstairs. On the day none of them were working it showed. We called for the car, when we got downstairs there were two ladies working. One was on the phone and the other was just standing. I guess one of them realized we were waiting for our car and ran to go get it... Anyway, thanks to Nick, Q, and Jonathan, there is still hope for the customer service industry.     The location was within walking distance to the things I wanted to see.(the Alamo and River walk) . Clean room, great breakfast, and the staff friendly and professional. I was treated very well Tahsin at the front desk answered all my questions and gave good directions needed. The valet parking attendants were on spot, I felt comfortable using the service. Two in particular I had Andrew x2 and helped me with my luggage ,one helped me out to the street and sorry didn’t get his name but thank you. Overall would stay again and recommend!
