    The rooms stinks. House keeping was not great. The water in the bath tub was not draining properly . Interior look very old and broken . above all . Front Desk people are not friendly.. Not at a Holiday inn Standards ..     PLEASE READ !!!!! Do not stay at this location if you don’t want to spend extra money in fixing your vehicle window !! My truck was broken into, I understand these kind of things happen everywhere BUT apparently that night the camera that was right above my truck in the parking lot was not working AND , the security guard DID NOT show up that night! The truck parked across from me also got broken into the same night!! Right before we left and called local authorities all of a sudden the camera started working but was facing elsewhere! This seems more of an inside job.. please save your money and book elsewhere and make sure their cameras are working !     This hotel was extremely disappointing. When I first checked into the room. I did notice the mold around the bathtub, which is pretty gross, but I’ve seen that before. It wasn’t until after I had unpacked a little bit that I noticed the stains on the furniture in the room. So I just figured I wouldn’t use any of the furniture Later in the evening, I noticed The black mold in the air vents that it stained the ceiling the next morning I noticed the black mold around the top of the walls in the bathroom. On the second day, they’re actually were chunks of dusty mold that had blown out and gotten onto the furniture under the vent.There was really not hot water the entire time I stayed, it was lukewarm at best. I travel a lot for work and I’ve seen some bad holiday inns, this one’s in the top three of the worst for sure.     Wasted money. The hotel advertised a bar and restaurant, but both were closed. My room reeked of cigarette smoke when I checked in with my two children, which I reported immediately, yet no new room was offered.Days after checking out, and without notice, they charged my card hundreds of dollars for a smoking fee. After a long phone call they admitted it was not my doing, but it still took almost 10 days to get the refund, causing financial issues. To make matters worse, instead of apologizing, the manager was rude and unprofessional.Awful service all around. There are plenty of other hotels in the area…go to literally any of them instead of this one.

    Clammy and smells of mold throughout the hotel

    When we checked in, the first room we were given smelled overwhelmingly of mold. We were moved to a new room, which was not quite as bad, but was still clammy (carpet and other things were damp to the touch) and moldy, but by the second day, we couldn't take it any more. We asked to move to a different room, but were shown two other rooms that were just as bad. The whole hotel has problems--it smells of mold and damp, and it seems they have tried to reduce that by some type of cleanser which just adds a chemical smell to the mix. Part of the problem is the modern style of not allowing any windows to be opened, which means that you can't just air out the rooms. I'm guessing maybe they had a flood on the roof that got into their insulation? In any case, if you have any mold allergies at all this place is nasty. In any case, we had planned to stay a week but checked out after two days and went to a "real" hotel down the road.
