Location

This hotel is north of Downtown San Antonio and the Alamo (about 24 km), in the northwest entertainment area of the city. It is located just 1.5 km from SeaWorld Park and many restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities, and also near to businesses, medical facilities and lots of family activities. The hotel is just south of the Texas Hill Country. Austin is an hour’s drive from the hotel.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 8 villas/houses. The following room categories are also available: 10 suites, 78 single rooms and 91 double rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Rooms

Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 3 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Various dining options are available, including 2 restaurants, a café and a bar. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    I have to say this holiday inn was great!! Room was clean, breakfast was yummy! The staff goes above and beyond! I stay at a lot hotels and this might not be the newest but they make up for helping you to feel very comfortable! Our little birthday vacation for my grands was great!!     This is a great hotel and restaurant that I've enjoyed as long as it is has been there. The staff is always willing to go above and beyond to make it a great evening. There is a new bartender, Ambrocha, that is absolutely amazing! She is quick to take care of your needs and greets you with a big smile and willingness to serve you! She is such a nice and professional lady. Great addition to the team!!!     Staff was amazing! Was in town for a work conference and Asia and Roslynn were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Location is perfect, plenty of restaurants in close range.     An all around top pick for a hotel to stay in when going to San Antonio, TX . We got it half off through a third party website, so the price was really good. Nice place , modern, super clean, the most comforatable beds I've ever slept in! There's a restaurant in the hotel thats open limited hours-mainly for diner and breakfast on the weekend. It has a bar inside too. Not too exciting, yet it was pretty good and very affordable, worth eating dinner there. The rooms are a good size with a large window and large bathroom. They have mini fridge and freezers , microwaves and coffee-tea makers, a desk and chair, plenty of lights. A full sized closet and dresser with a TV.The girls at the front desk are all sweet! Hospitable and accommodating. They let me check in early and took care of all of my requests. The young ladies working the mid shift and the early night shifts were super nice and friendly and actually remembered details about our conversation we had , like they cared and were paying attention. They have complimentary tooth paste, they use Dove soap but they refill their bottles and it's watered down or generic shampoo, conditioner and soap- that's my only complaint. Highly recommend this hotel, can't beat it for $60 a night and would pay more and be happy with it! This is where I'll be staying when in town!
