    At this place you are not welcome, the manager sent me to the street, turn around and left because I do not have a credit card to put a hold of ridiculous US $15, eventhough I had cash. The manager treat people in very bad way. This is América is what he said, I will tell him I Am your guest and I was a Hilton fun but from now never again, I would never recomend to anybody to book this place. Also they do not clean well , I found hair from prior guest in the bathroom. It was not a Hilton experience like I had before. Shame.

    Final Four Visit

    We stayed here attending the Final Four. I liked the convenience of a hotel shuttle to and from the airport. Included breakfast was also convenient. There were several eateries nearby. And a shopping mall was just a short walk down the street. The room had all the amenities. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool was a nice way to cool off.

    Vehicle Break-in; Highly likely yours will be broken into

    I can confirm personally that while the hotel is ok, the parking situation is terrible as there is glass from obvious break-ins of vehicles. Mine was broken into and the hotel was unsympathetic. Donald, the maintenance guy did offer support to help cover my window, but other than that, no one wanted to talk about it. They are obviously aware as very shortly after I let them know, they went out and swept up most of the glass as if to cover up the vulnerability. I would highly suggest staying elsewhere and look for parking lot security.

    This area has become rife with property crime, and it is not a safe place to park your vehicle overnight. They used to provide overnight parking lot security but stopped sometime in the Spring, per the front desk. During my last stay my truck's rear window was broken out and property was stolen. When I went to the desk to report it, I found two other guests waiting for police as their vehicles had been broken into. This is actually the second time my truck has been broken into at this property, but I came back because they had started providing security; wish I'd known that they stopped. A crime report for this address shows 30 vehicle break-ins just in the last year; a number of businesses in the area have security on duty during the day as well.

    Average hotel but nothing to complain about. Everything is close by if you have a car. and Cracker Barrel shares the parking lot if you don't have a car. and they have a shuttle bus for the airport and locations within 2-3 miles. That would definitely get you to TJ Maxx, Walmart and the Sketchers store. :)I would stay here again.
