Great Field Trip Hotel Location
20 May 2026
My school has used this Home2Suites location as the hotel for our 8th grade end-of-year trip for three years now. We have never had anything less than an exemplary experience. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is perfect for our 80-odd 8th graders, and the staff are always incredibly courteous and accommodating. I'm so thankful that we have found a hotel that works so well for our needs!! Highly Recommend

Excellent! This hotel is so fresh and clean, smells really good when you walk in. Exactly what I am looking for in a Home 2 Suites. The manager was helpful. Location is good, there are some restaurants around. Also, a Marriott, Hilton Tru and one other hotel, so you have options. Right off the 10 freeway. $75 Pet fee, and there is a $10 parking fee. Jorge C, Guest Services / Front Office at Home2 Suites by Hilton San Antonio at the Rim, responded to this review Thank you so much for the high recommendation! We are thrilled to hear that our property provided exactly the 'fresh and clean' experience you look for in a Home2 Suites. We take great pride in that first impression—from the lobby scent to the helpfulness of our management team. It’s great that you found our location off I-10 convenient for exploring the local restaurants. While there are certainly other options in the area, we are so glad you chose us and found the value in our amenities. We look forward to welcoming you and your furry friend back to The Rim very soon!
