Right on I-10 feeder road Rooms are brand new bed was very comfortable xtra big refrigerator WiFi is excellent Never had this kind of experience in any mid scale hotel and off course the manager kailesh and his family made my stay hassle free I will be back in couple of week again.

Besides hearing the highway traffic, you can hear the people upstairs and outside your window. The people upstairs were so loud and it sounded like they were dropping dumbbells on the floor at midnight. We called the front desk to see if they could do something but they never answered. We also called during the day to ask if they have hair dryers (there was not one in the room) and they never answered. We had the heat on and it was so loud. There are no curtains on the window, only blinds so the room does not get dark. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. The sheets and pillowcases were really rough material, too.The only positive thing I have to say about this place was the young lady at check in was very nice and friendly.

the counter lady dhyana was very helpful along wit the other stuff the cleaning lady are great help never any problems I love this place wish it was my home its got alot of great fast food places and convenient stores its in a very great location with a very good price

I had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean! It's great to finally stay in a hotel where the pictures are accurate.The bed's are very comfortable, The bathroom is clean, and "NO BUGS"! These are the most important things to any overnight stay. The hotel is in a nice location for food, drinks, and enjoying downtown San Antonio. Thanks to Ms Dhyana and her father for making me feel welcome! I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and friendly. Semi “shady” area. Other guests were loud. Walls and ceilings “thin” and the you couldn’t turn the fan off on the AC. The paint in the bathtub was peeling. Blanket very thin, only two pillows. Housekeeping did come in my room when I was gone although I left the don not disturb sign up (on purpose). When I took off the sign they didn’t come in, lol. Otherwise a decent small room. I would stay here again!! Surprisingly nice room over all.
