    Best location and best customer service in Stone Oak. Beautiful hotel and great front desk staff. Expanded breakfast and coffee bar .

    Staff is very attentive and welcoming. The breakfast is awesome! The sectional sofa in the room accommodated visiting family members. Overall a great place to stay!

    No hot water or internet. Very unproffesional and rude staff. After being moved from one room with problems I was moved to another room with even worse problems.

    The rooms look exactly like the pictures. The breakfast buffet is wonderfully done! Also, I don't know any other hotels that give you free bottled water. Everywhere else charges for EVERYTHING - especially water.

    For the amount we paid, I expected better but I assume the proces were high because eveeything going on that weekend. There were some good things worth noting so lets get into it. I will knock out the cons first: - The AC was really loud. - The lighting in the bathroom is terrible, even my 5 year old mentioned it (he has ASD and darker rooms freak him out).- I did see some mold in the bathroom or what looked like mold at least. - The sheets had some stains on them that seemed like were washed but just not able to come out. Pros: - I enjoyed the layout of the room because I have two kids and one is 9 so she wants her own bed but she is not old enough to have her own room even if its joined. So the 2 double bed and a sofa pull out is perfect. - We have a thing for indoor pools anytime we go places. This one was clean and well maintained and we had it all to ourselves. I did not swim but the kids did and they said although it was colder than expected for a heated pool, it was manageable. The pool area was really hot. It was like relaxing in a sauna. So that wasnt exactly fun but kids didn't seem to mind. - Staff was very nice. The phones stayed busy so we had to go downstairs to ask for additional towels and pillows but they were more than willing to accommodate. We only stayed one night as a quick birthday getaway for my sons birthday but my kids had a great time.
