Location

This is the closest hotel (only 5 km) to the UT Health Science Center and hospitals, with Six Flags Fiesta Texas, La Cantera Shopping Mall, the Riverwalk and the Alamo minutes away. It is also only 19 km to SeaWorld.

Facility

The hotel has 168 rooms and 28 suites, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by lift. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the reception desk.     Just plain sucked from my point of view The carpets are filthy and my room smelled like pee.There is no where on site to wash clothes. The W/D are all from the 1980’s. Broken and don’t work.The AC is only fair. Thank the lord it’s hot summer..Snacks available are just so-so…Minimal toiletries in the room too. Bar soap alone doesn’t cut it…

    Location was good, right next to the highway. Restaurants and H.E.B. supermarket were in close proximity. Staffs were friendly, room was clean. However, they were still using very old towels. One of the bath towels almost ripped into two as soon as it got wet, hubby felt like the incredible hulk. Surprisingly, they only had soap bars and shampoo in the bathroom. Body lotion was not one of the toiletries, very unusual. Beware, self-parking was $10 a day.

    Buyer Beware!!Hidden Charges both by hotel and booking agent!!Parking fees!! New normal for Hotels!!Get your credit card and then charge bogus fees ! Smoking, parking etc…We are paying for security for hotel and parking lot!!

    They were great, the rooms were nice and perfect because we had our dog & cat. Very nice pet friendly hotel. Our cat got lost and they've been very understanding towards the situation, they even help search for him with us.

    Needs to TLC and better cleaning. Rooms are not cleaned well and bad smell coming from the AC. There was a roach in the room and trash under the bed.
