    Don't waste your time and money

    Room was spacious and beds ok but room smelled like smoke and marijuana, gave us a headache. We asked for another room and it was the same. I was told if I didn't like it, they'd refund me the money, instead of making things right. .also, might as well say no breakfast offered, totally horrible. One waffle maker for the whole hotel.. To top it off, there was a roach wing on the window sill in the kitchen close to the walffle maker. Definitely need to pay attention to the cleaning and keep rooms that are supposed to be smoke free, smoke free! Not happy.     It's an ok property. I was disappointed they did not come and empty trash or replace the used towels.     Pretty much everything was dirty throughout the hotel, except the lobby. The room floors were dirty enough that we would not walk barefoot on them and your socks would turn black on the bottom. The sheets and blankets were dirty and stained; not just stained, but dirty with actual dirt and grass on them with shoe prints on one of them that would have washed off had they of been washed. There were stains on the walls, doors, and in the bathtub. The ceiling did not have stains on them, so that is a plus. The door card reader did not work and had to be repaired multiple times during my two day stay. The bathroom door would not close properly and the door handle fell off. During breakfast, nothing was cleaned until after breakfast was over. The counters were not wiped off, the tables were not wiped off, no chairs were wiped off, nothing was cleaned at all until after breakfast time. When food ran out during breakfast, there was nobody to refill it. People would go to the front desk and tell them that the milk was empty, so the guy from the front desk would go and refill the milk. He would see that the bagels were empty and the toast was empty, but he would not refill them unless he was specifically asked to refill each thing individually. The beds were comfortable and the ceilings were not stained. Those ore pretty much the only positive things I can think of about my stay. I almost forgot something else positive; when other customers complained about how dirty their rooms were, the person at the desk was fine with giving them their money back so they could go to another hotel. That was good of them.
