Located just west of Downtown San Antonio between the Lackland Training Annex and Kelly Air Force Base, the hotel is within easy reach of all attractions in the area.

Facility

175 rooms and suites are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a safe, a cash machine and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     The hotel was very unappealing. The upkeep was very poor and the hotel itself felt very unsafe as well as the room location.     Room was smelly, like mold. The window was missing glass panels and you could put your arm inside our room and I had 2 children with me. Also, the tv had blurred lines, could hardly see the screen. Checked out after barely an hour of arriving.     Dont stay here!!Not a safe area. Homeless people. Dirty rooms. Not worth the $. Doors did not lock all the way. No towels. No conditioner.     They had no breakfast to speak waffles were only hot food no sausages, eggs, biscuits no bagels no juice just lemonade.The room was very dated, double beds, the exterior of the building was very none welcoming.     Do Not Stay Here!!! Do not go by the pictures because this place looks nothing like the pictures online. The place is dilapidated & needs some serious remodeling. Dingy walls, stained bed sheets, non-draining bathtub.....just a few of the things that stuck out.
