    Consider very carefully before choosing to stay here!

    This was probably the worst hotel I have stayed in during the last 50 years.The hotel is shabby and in need of a major uplift. The room was dingy and badly lit. There were no facilities to make coffee either in the room or available in reception. There was no breakfast available.I only saw one member of staff present the whole time I was there. When I asked him about changing my room he had to lock the front door to come with me.I asked to change my room as it had obviously been a smoking room and I booked a non-smoking.Worst of all, I did not feel safe there. There were people on the car park trying to get money from me, I was offered a pair of trainers from someone in their socks. I had someone banging on my door asking if his friend was in my room. When I told reception I was told to bolt my door and call the police if I felt threatened.I was booked for three nights but left after two. I could not stay there. To be fair to the staff member he did give me a refund for the third night but that is the only positive thing I can mention. If I could give a zero star I would.My advice is AVOID.

    This place needs a complete overhaul.Smoke smell and stains on ceiling. Cigarette burm in sheets. Dirty baseboards. Possibly mold. I'm not even sure the outlet in the bathroom can function. 24 hour coffee station not stocked and I'm nit sure the creamer would help... it was thick like molasses. It was too late in the night to even change things I was too tired.     First off the whole place is under construction. Very used and under construction. I couldn't get things to work in the room and instead of going downstairs to complain. I deemed it was much safer to stay put and accept the broken shower and television. I know its only 100 dollars but you get what you pay for.     I had a fantastic stay at the hotel on N I-35 in San Antonio! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
