  We came to San Antonio for a family weekend. We checked in to a room that was probably 90 degrees & took at least 5 hours to become comfortable. The room was a 2 queen bed size room but had a whole area of empty space big enough to fill another queen bed. The closest bed to the ac was about 10 feet away. The sheets & blankets had holes in them, we found hair under the sheets & on the sheets. The bathtub took forever to drain. There was no mini fridge or microwave in the room. The floor was filthy & had hair on it. The staff was very indirect & rude, the person at checkout made a smart remark when I checked out. I booked a pay at the stay type of room & was charged hours before check in, which the person at checkout stated he took it upon himself to charge me ahead of time, check in was at 3 & he charged me around 2pm but I was supposed to pay at the hotel. They had old mattresses at the end of the building, outside where they could be seen. There were cigarette butts all over the 2nd balcony. The location is horrible, 15 to 20 minutes to downtown, 30 minutes to sea world & is in a bit so nice area. Pictures are extremely deceiving.   If you don't want to sleep between dirt just avoid this hotel.The bathroom was broken, there is not hot water and no body cares about covid-19 nor cleaness at allSwiming pool was not working neither. I was there for business but there where some families very disapointed too.

  Scum Bag Flea Bag Rat Trap Stay At Your Own Risk

  This is the most sleazy, low-life, sloppily run, crappy, lousy place I've ever had the displeasure of staying in. I'm reporting this sleaze hole to the San Antonio health department, BBB, Wyndham corporate and The Chamber of Commerce. Look at the photos. There was soap from the previous tenant. There was a sock under the bed from the previous tenant, Gives you a hint at their housekeeping. I can't say enough about this sleaze-bag, scum-bag hotel. I tried to contact the manmager numerous times to no avail. I have more to say but, won't swear. This place was not fit for human habitation. Why'd we stay? There was no other choice, that time of night.

  Nice place with a nice room.Big variance in employees hospitality (thanks a million Gardenia, you made the difference)Over $800 for 3 nights is quite expensive, even when breakfast is included !Fireplace in your room is not common (and we did not test either)

  I checked in around 2am into room-114 I called ahead before arrival everything was ok..I have been at this location before..Other hotels in the area if needed...Parking outside good lighting and park outside your door..You can drive all the way around the building..There is room for some semi trucks..The room I stayed in was downstairs..Clean room microwave and refrigerator,,Tile floor no carpet..2 beds both comfy and clean..Management was friendly on arrival and leaving in the late morning..Hot chocalate in the office in the morning..Will return if needed on next visit.
