    If I could give this place zero stars I would. I booked 2 rooms July 12, because it was close to Seaworld and it was supposed to have a pool and free breakfast. I pulled up and immediately thought I was in the wrong place as it looked nothing like the pics. The property was run down and I could see that the pool was not in service and the free breakfast was not available due to "covid". I went inside to ask to make sure and it was dirty and smelly inside. I told the clerk that I booked expressly for the pool and the breakfast because I had my grandkids with me. The clerk told me that neither were not available and I could just cancel and get my money back. I did just that, got a room at the Best Western Plus and Oyo refused to refund me my money even though they knew I did not stay. Run don't walk away from this place.

    An absolute disgrace in the heart of San Antonio, TX

    This hotel is a health hazard and an abomination in the hospitality industry. It's a shame that in the heart of a major city in America, a place like this can manage to get a license to operatePure garbage! The ceiling in the restroom is rotten and leaking water. The fan is loud, and the light is so dimmed that you can barely see. The floor is sinking into the ground, and the linoleum is cracked and deformed. True definition of a sh.twhole.

    I have more photos but won't let me post more. Be ware of booking online combo deals. We had flight,hotel, car thought man hope it's car or flight that were getting deal on.nope. This hotel somehow has 3stars. We were shown 2 rooms first one smelled heavily of paint. And 2nd room well as you can see wasn't great. Dried blood on mattress, lamp shade & walls. Mystery stains everywhere, ceiling coming down. Freezer frosted over. Water damage on floor that made it bubble up. The staff was nice when he was there. So couldn't do first room 2nd room we didn't check had to be somewhere. So came back and saw it went to check out. Waited 20-30 min for him to return from getting dinner. No signs or anything on counter saying be back. Just noone there for apparently almost hour according to people waiting before us. When he returned checked us out but didn't have a way to print receipt. We contacted oyo got refund.

    I had a reservation for this hotel while attending our daughters Air Force graduation because it is so near the base. The place looks nothing like the pictures. It appeared broken down, dirty, and unsafe. Even though I am on a very tight budget, we skipped even checking in and went elsewhere. They still charged me for the night, but I guess live and learn.

    There were roaches all over the place in our room, including one of the beds. The floor was rotting out in the bathroom, there was extensive water damage to the ceiling in the bathroom, and there was trash everywhere outside of the rooms. The shower even still had the previous guest's soap still in there. I never stayed at an Oyo previously but I will avoid this chain in the future.
