It’s absolutely disgusting. The room was hot and stunk. There was some sort of dried…poop or blood in the carpet. The ceiling was gross. The door was not very secure. We loaded up and left. I’ll never book at another Quality Inn based on this experience alone.

This place is a joke, very rude front desk telling he has the right to be coz he is the owner. Outside looks ok but inside the hotel is dirty, not recommending this to my friends👎. I don’t feel any hospitality in this hotel, they just want money, i regret to book in this place but because there was none available in other hotel that we usually stay, so we tried here but it was lesson learned.

This is a nice place. The room was clean and spacious. I couldn't fall asleep but oh well. The pool looked cleaned. The only problem I had was ants on the orange machine. Overall, It's a nice place...

The absolutely worst so called Quality Inn ever l have stayed in.

First off is is a privately held and licensed under Quality Inns. Second the coke machine, washer, and dryer were and probably are still broken. The ice machine was dirty so I didn’t use it. Our room entry door has a huge gap at floor level so large that air whistled threw it all night. Get this, I ask for a room with a tub for my wife. Oh they gave us a room with a tub but the stopper was missing. Go figure that one. Should I tell you about the breakfast? No fruit, scramble eggs were cold and had excess water in the pan. I expect better from Quality Inn! I can not recommend this place. It was really bad. I-10 is right next to the building. Road noise was evident.

I have stayed at the Quality Inn many times and it never lets me down. I am always floored by the exceptional customer service and cleanliness of the Inn. Initially walking inside I'm always welcomed with many greetings and smiles from the staff. Mrs. Chris especially seems to genuinely care about everyone staying there, she goes above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible during my stay. Apart from the staff the rooms are always exceptionally clean and beautifully put together. They have great amenities like an indoor pool that's accessible in the winter as well as in this hot summer heat. I recommend this Inn to anyone and guarantee you will have an amazing experience just like me.
