    We enjoyed our stay at the Riverwalk Plaza Hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the coffee and music runs at the coffee shop. When we first got to our room, we were a little disappointed with our view from the balcony because it’s located off the main area of the Riverwalk near the love locks bridge. It ended up being a great location. We had a great view of the Towers of America. We were also steps away from San Fernando Church and the plaza which had an excellent light and music show every night. It ended up being an easy walk to so many places. At night, the view from the balcony was pretty even though there was an empty lot and a parking lot on the other side of the canal. For the price, the value can’t be beat. I would recommend the Riverwalk Plaza Hotel to others visiting in the area.

    Great experience with valet crew to begin with...really set the tone for a great stay. The front desk was warm and welcoming also! A highlight was the brothers who run the coffee shop... great products and engaging and delightful brothers!     Valet & Concierge are the Real Value!

    The real gem & luxury of this hotel are the Staff of this hotel. The front desk people were as enthusiastic as you see on fun TV movies! You should be advertising the Valet Parking. I saw the price & thought it was expensive but I've a broken foot & was treating myself so I opted in. Those humans were welcoming, friendly, and sooooo helpful! They put my shopping bags up and brought me my sweater! And they all always had answers and smiles! The hotel itself needs BIG pool maintenance and would benefit from a makeover, and there was trash left in our room upon check in, but i would still stay here again because of staff and location!
