  After my difficult interaction this morning with the front desk clerk, I learned hours later that she forgot to give me back my ID. So I had to walk 2 miles back to the hotel to retrieve it. When I got there I learned from the very nice employee at the front desk that the woman I have talked to this morning was the wife of the owner. She lied to me. She told me she was just the front desk person & she would tell the manager to call me at night. She is one of the owners. My main complaint with this hotel is that they are advertising something they’re not able to offer, functioning rooms with working lights & tvs, & they are charging twice what they should be. On top of that they are clearly extremely unequipped to deal with dissatisfied customers. Instead of offering apologies & options, they lash out with criticism & anger.

  Absolutely disgusting. Avoid Rodeway Inn & Suites Fiesta Park at all costs.This place should not be open for business — period. I booked a room here through Priceline, and the moment I walked in, I was hit with an overwhelming toxic smell. The room reeked like a mix of chemicals, mildew, and something rotting. But that wasn’t even the worst part.There were cockroaches crawling around the room. On the floor. On the walls. Like they lived there — which I’m guessing they do.I recorded video evidence immediately and went straight to the front desk. The manager saw the video, apologized, and promised a refund — but told me I had to cancel through Priceline first, and then he’d approve it. That was a complete lie.Over a month later, Priceline has contacted them over and over, and they still refuse to respond or approve the cancellation. So now I’m stuck fighting for a refund for a filthy, unsafe room I didn’t even stay in.Here’s what you need to know about this motel:    •    The rooms are dirty and smell horrible.    •    There’s a roach problem.    •    Management is dishonest and unprofessional.    •    They will say anything to get rid of you — then ignore refund requests.I’ve stayed in budget motels before. I know what “cheap” looks like. But this? This was unlivable, and they knew it.If you care at all about cleanliness, safety, or basic human decency, do not stay at Rodeway Inn & Suites Fiesta Park. You’re better off sleeping in your car.

  This place is absolutely horrible and should be condemned. Everything about this hotel is dirty and seems like a place where you can rent by the hour. Mold, broken lamps, peeling paint, broken cabinets, stained sheets, dirty floors, open space at the door and you could feel the outside air coming through. Booked for two nights but only stayed one and took a hit on the second night since it was paid in advance and then no refund at all for the second night. Strangers knocking on the door during the middle of the night. Broken down vehicles in the parking lot. Offered free breakfast but signs posted all around saying not available at this time due to pandemic but I wouldn't have eaten there anyway since it was so filthy.

  This isn't a funny movie, this place is trash and forced me to pay because they didn't allow Priceline to cancel the reservation. If that's on your policy then you know how trash it is. It really is as bad as the reviews

  I have never stayed at a hotel where I paid $48 per night. However with that price I did not expect luxury. I needed to stay a few night while repairs were being made on my home and I didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg. The grounds are not great, tucked behind a strip mall that is under construction. The pool was not in use, it was green with a little water in it. I was hugely disappointed that there was no breakfast as advertised. The night I arrived a very nice young man helped me with my bags. The first room he showed me was gross and dirty looking. When I complained about the room,he quickly helped me to another room. The second room was old and outdated, but it was clean. I checked the sheets on the bed and they were clean and crisp. The washroom as well was clean. Everything worked so I decided to stay. The staff came by everyday to clean. I had a kitchenette with a stove, frig & microwave. It was super quiet, I slept well and had plenty of towels and hot water. So, for the price it was worth it. Like they say, you get what you pay for. The hotel is old, but a good value.
