    No Hot Water for my stay 04/03/26. I called front desk spoke to a Lakisha- answered. I advised No Hot Water! She didn't care, or even apologize. Gave Rude attitude. $50. Deposit not ever mentioned. My Room did not have a Coffee pot, Cups and or Microwave. Room details says included (Room Description). Worst Breakfast I ever seen is Bagels, Cereal. Advertised Hot Breakfast -LMAO. Upon c/out Front Desk Rude and unprofessional!Did not care or apologize for not having Hot Water!The Staff are Rude and Unprofessional! This Hotel should not carry the Hilton name. They do not know, how to speak and treat guests..I Do Not Recommend this hotel! I will never waste my $$, again. The stay was uncomfortable! đź‘Ž

    The hotel was in the area we needed to be in. It had a tub shower and it was very slick. My wife slipped and fell. Luckily she just had a couple of bruises. Otherwise. The room was average with average amenities.

    Our check in was fast! Anmarie was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. The continental breakfast was delicious and easily accessible. We will be visiting this hotel again!

    Great location, awesome atmosphere, rooms were CLEAN AND SPACIOUS, price was great. What I enjoyed best was how kind, patient and professional Anmarie was. She made our check in fast and easy and gave us all the information we needed. Oh and breakfast was great! We will definitely come back!

    Nice clean hotel. Joyce checked us in and did a FANTASTIC job. Made us laugh too. Anne Marie was very nice to us the next morning. Spark is a great hotel for families on a budget. We stopped as we’re fulltime RV’ers and wanted a real HOT shower and cable (dish) TV. Guess what? Mission accomplished!We wish they had a washer and dryer though.
