    Don’t come to this Hotel. Worst service. They don’t clean the room every day

    The Hilton Hotel don’t come to your room to clean, change towels, remove the trash, give you clean towels for another day. There is NO message saying that you have to do something special to request to clean you room. After a full day outside I had to come down and ask for extra towels to take a shower because there was not enough for two days. The breakfast is a joke, hard eggs, bagels and cereals. If you want anything else (scrambled eggs, other bread, etc) you have to pay extra, so the breakfasts included marketing is by far a stretch.How bad Hilton is now, not even the same level as Marriott hotel that is by far much better in service that this Spark Hotel.

    Front desk experience was not good. Asked for a luggage cart was told “we don’t have any down here”. Didn’t bother to help with our luggage ( we are both disabled). When we got to the room the curtains would not close so we had to move to another room. Housekeeper was extremely nice with this as. Manager didn’t bother to come see or help. Breakfast was non existent. When we went for coffee there was none and staff didn’t seem eager to make anymore. Juices were watered down. AND homeless people were coming in from the side door ( yes not secured at all) to help themselves with breakfast. Would not recommend this hotel nor will I stay there again. The only reason I gave it two stars s was because at least the room was clean.

    Clean, Comfortable Stay with Great Service

    I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The room was very clean, the service was attentive, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Everything felt well maintained and well run. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

    Kid and pet friendly Very close to restaurants and Walmart. Quiet and the customer service was excellent. From the time we called that we ran out of towels till we got them was less than literally five minutes.

    It was ok trip but I'm only concern was the thin walls. I was able to hear every time the individual went to the restroom and his whole conversation. I wasn't really impressed with the breakfast selection. It wasn't much to offer. The breakfast selection was low or empty and it wasn't even available to replenish it. Overall, the stay was ok but needed minor things corrected.
