  Excellent experience every time I come back!

  Excellent quiet location with recently remodeled updated rooms. The only one small issue is a deleted diesel ram pickup starts every night at 10pm for 10 minutes before leaving. Has to be the owner or staff.   Terrible experience starting with check in. I want to check in and they told me they gave my room away because somebody checked in with the same first name as me so they assumed they were me! They give us another room and it wasn’t the best! You couldn’t fully turn off the water so all we heard all night was dripping in the tub. The beds were super uncomfortable, there was trash behind the beds and the drawers would keep opening wide open and wouldn’t stay shut! Breakfast choices were only toast waffles and stale cereals! Milk was expired and juice machine was broken! Mistakenly assigning your room to another guest due to a name mix-up is unacceptable, and we understand how frustrating and inconvenient this must have been after your travels. This has been discussed with our front desk team to ensure proper verification procedures are followed more carefully moving forward.We also deeply apologize for the condition of the alternate room provided. Issues such as dripping water, uncomfortable beds, leftover trash behind furniture, and malfunctioning drawers are far below the standard of cleanliness and comfort we aim to provide. Our housekeeping and maintenance teams have been made aware of your feedback and are actively addressing these matters to prevent recurrence.Regarding breakfast, we are equally disappointed to hear that the offerings and freshness were not up to par. We take food quality very seriously, and your comments about the expired milk and broken juice machine are being investigated immediately so corrective action can be taken.Your experience does not reflect the level of service and hospitality we strive to provide.   Nice weekend at San Antonio

  This a good and clean hotel (we were weary when first booking it), the rooms are small but comfortable and the beds and pillows are great for resting.... Breakfast could be a bit better with longer hours (ends at 9:30) but the staff will cut you a break even if you arrive a little after it ends.   Very nice and friendly staff. The place was neat and clean. The rooms were smelling great and we were greeted by the hotel staff. The only one thing which was noted is that the breakfast room was too small. There were many people standing in line and waiting to be seated.
