    We booked two rooms for our stay. I selected this location based on several factors. 1. No Pet Policy, 2. No Smoking Policy, 3. How New the property looked....all of these factors revolving around the hope that the property would be extremely clean, which is my top priority when choosing a hotel. I was disappointed when I found the floors and tub in our room to be dirty. There were pieces of toilet paper thrown on the floor in the bathroom. The floors in the room were not swept either. The tub looked like it was halfway scrubbed with streaks of dirt all over it. When I showered, the tub drained extremely slowly. After I finally got out, I used an eyelash wand to pull trash and hair out of the tub drain. This property is fairly new and has the potential to be really nice, but housekeeping is not doing their job. Furthermore, I thought I had read somewhere that breakfast is until 9:30, so we planned on going downstairs at 9am. We arrived and were serving coffee, when the management came through, practically knocking us over to lock all the breakfast items up. We managed to snag a yogurt and a few pieces of toast first for our party of 4.

    Great stay and very comfortable. Rooms were clean and neat. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

    Very clean. The entire site from parking to the lobby, and the guest room was impeccable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

    What a nice place to stay. Hotel was very clean. The rooms are large and the shower was amazing. Great water pressure. The employees were very friendly and professional. Very reasonable prices and close to the tower of America/ River walk. ❤️
