  Room was humid, but Steve was awesome!

  The room was humid and my clothing felt damp when I dressed the next morning. I know that is because of the a/c unit and I expect it, to a certain degree. This was my fault for getting a smaller, single queen room. It may not be as bad in a bigger room. Other guests were rude. I understand everyone wakes up in different moods, but singing loudly in the hallway at 4am is unnecessary. So is asking a female, solo traveler what room she is staying in. Thank you to Steve, the receptionist when I checked in, for keeping my room number private and not announcing it. I really appreciated that.   Most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at! I was there this weekend for comic con in San Antonio and our room was INFESTED with BED BUGS! the staff is no help, rude, and told me to stop calling and trying to get ahold of the manager. They also denied my refund. I'm COVERED in bites, even on my face, and the beds we slept in the sheets hasn't been changed before we checked in so we slept on dirty beds. I HAVE PICS AND VIDEO PROOF!!!!! I called corporate and lodged a complaint!!!!   Mold issues in bathroom and smells very bad, I reported the issue to the staff but they never switch me to another room, the room seems very old in very poor conditions.   More info should’ve been given beforehand

  Clean room but I paid for my room when I made the reservation, but I want told until I physically checked in that I had to made a $100 deposit (which I’m told will be refunded). It would’ve been nice to know about the deposit before hand. The hotel also advertises a continental breakfast which I assumed would be in the dining area. No one tells you that you have to ask at the desk where they provide a sack breakfast containing yogurt, a granola bar and an apple.   Fake continental breakfast smelly halls , busted bathroom door.

  The bathroom door had a hole in it and wouldn’t lock as jam was busted, the front door lock mechanism was slightly off , the elevator and lobby stunk , they don’t have continental breakfast. They give you a bag with an apple a yogurt and a granola bar, the location is close to downtown and most attractions . But far from gas stations our window wouldn’t close completely.
