  Horrible. We got there and they had just sprayed for bugs so there were wet areas around the room. I booked a room for an overnight stay for a funeral I was attending and had to return quickly the next morning. In my rush, I mistakenly left clothes in the closet. I contacted BW immediately and followed their directions for having my items returned to me. I called BW so many times for status of my items and each time they promised to call me back, never did. I had to escalate with their headquarters to finally get my clothes back - over 2 mos later. I do not recommend this place.   Don’t stay Here !!

  If I could have gave this hotel a zero I would have! As a Diamond elite member. I stay at many best Western hotels. This by far has to be the worst! .I arrived late due to my plane flying in from out of state the room was sprayed with a fragrance to Cover up the mold I’m sure. The sheets were ripped. They were stained basically the room was not Cleaned prior to our arrival there was still pee around the Bathroom toilet. The light switches have never been wiped down. The table was broken in the sitting area. I had to ask for sheets because it was too late for me to move in the middle of the night make my own bed and had to sleep on a queen sheets on a king king bed because they were out of sheets. It was so So gross. I was using points for this room and staying for free. I still checked out of my three days stay and move to the Hilton.   CHECK YOUR BED! We got in late forgot to check the bed and woke up to a bed covered with bed bugs. We have been waiting 24 hours and still no call from property management! So unprofessional.   Worst Best Western I've stayed at; breakfast was undercooked and under stocked. Coffee? Nope... No queen beds; only Kings and doubles. Small room. Several cars were broken into in the hotel parking lot overnight. I'd pull the Best Western Name off of this place. I don't feel like this was a singular bad night, Had to be habitually bad to be this bad. Check in and check out went ok, but that breakfast Fail was really bad.   The pillows were soft and smushy. Rooms are SUPER small. Felt like I was in a broom closet with a side bathroom.The hallway carpet was stained looked dirtyDon't expect much for breakfast.
