  Roaches, roaches, roaches....

  Could not sleep comfortably because of the roaches crawling all over, especially roaches on the wall.The food was laughable! The video that displays the rooms on the website is a lie. There was only one micro mini muffin one, and it looked dried out. The yogurt expired 15 days ago. The dining area was extremely dirty. Cereal spilled all on the floor and behind the cereal dispensers. How that happened I'd like to know. Very disappointing...never again. Asking, no, requesting, no, DEMANDING a full refund!!   Had a very good stay, good ambience. The room was clean spacious and had mention features like a mini fridge, microwave, comfortable bed, Wi-Fi, etc. The staff were friendly, professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests I made were promptly handled.   I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at SureStay Plus. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and they offered a nice breakfast each morning, which was a great start to the day. What really stood out was the service—Annie at the front desk was fantastic. She was friendly, professional, and helped me with everything I needed during my stay.
