    Absolute awful dirty smelly pee stained bed and moldy rooms. No working fridge. Rude staff no breakfast which was included.. no refund. Staff refused to help ..nothing like photos booked for 9 night. Stayed 3.     The first room they put us in was filthy. The bathtub had hair in it. There was dirt caked on the bottom. I went the front desk and asked if someone could come clean the room. The front desk advised me that housekeeping would come in the morning around 11 or 12 to clean the room. I then offered to clean it myself. The front desk advised that they were unable to accommodate that, so I asked to be moved to a different room. Initially, the front desk was not very accommodating and stated that the hotel was almost full. I asked the front desk to please find another room as my children were not going to take a bath in a dirty bathtub. The front desk finally found another room and we moved to that room. In this room, the mini fridge was broken. It did not work. Housekeeping did not come the entire six days we were there. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels from the front desk. My kids wanted to watch TV, but there was no remote for either TV in the room. I went to the front desk and asked for a remote. The lady asked if we searched all of the drawers and cabinets in the room for the remote. I advised her that we had. Instead of taking my word for it, she came to our room to look through all of the drawers and cabinets for herself. We were then provided one remote that did not work for either TV. This stay was terrible and I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Being questioned after you had already searched the room and then receiving a remote that did not work properly is not the level of service we aim to deliver.     Stayed in Room 109 from October 31–November 2. The room was filthy. There was black mold on the ceiling, hair in the bathtub, and a hole in the bathroom floor with bugs crawling in and out. The sheets weren’t clean, and the fridge and microwave smelled rotten.When I asked the front desk about getting water, they told me to go to another hotel across the street. Then they pulled an extra $100 from my account with no explanation.Dirty room, rude staff, and shady charges. This place shouldn’t be carrying the Wyndham name. Avoid it.     Do not waste your money! We stayed here for two weeks and then had to book another two weeks. Their pool is green with cat piss all over the pool area. When we first got into our hotel room there was a huge hole in the wall ( our fault we didn’t get a photo). They charged us $200 for something we didn’t do. You can also never get ahold of the manger Mr Kamal Patel. He never responds to emails or calls. Their internet went out for over day and Mr Henry was NO help (I’m I work remotely and Mr Henry was made aware and did absolutely nothing) .Fast forward to the next two weeks. We got a house and moved out July 14th! I contacted Expedia who I booked through and they told me it was up to the hotel if we received a refund. Mr Henry told Expedia we needed to contact the property after 4pm…We did and guess who wasn’t available!? That’s right the manager Mr Patel!!! So Mr Henry and Mr Patel are playing games with a refund they owe us! If you do come here take photos of everything so they don’t scam you either!! If you do stay and you stay in room 200 and there is still a hole! Tell them before you leave!! I do NOT recommend this hotel!     Lacks cleanliness. Closet was dusty and so was the furniture. Carpets were dirty. There was mold in the bathroom. Overall, it wasn't very cozy or comfortable.
