    I enjoy the nature of this Property being Full Service: Embassy is known for made-to-order breakfast w Egg station, and this Property has a bar/restaurant as well. Pool is a big standout, very large and well -maintained. Rooms are fine, comfortable w down bedding. Fitness Center has heavy weights. Nice, large, Full Service Property in a nice area.     Disappointing stay

    This hotel needs a massive remodeling. We stayed there for a wedding and almost every person that stayed at this hotel in the same block of rooms that was reserved had issues with their rooms. From standing water in the shower, to non flushable toilets to no AC in our case. We moved rooms and still the room we stayed in lacked AC. The "repair" guy came and told us a new system was installed and didn't work. Trying to get ready for a formal wedding with no AC was not an easy task. We had to open the hotel room door for air to circulate so the guys didn't sweat through their shirts. The breakfast was ok, but the eggs were like rubber. And to top if off, the price was expensive. I'd say find another hotel and skip this place.     Decent hotel but has some issues

    We expected more from a Hilton hotel. The bathroom floor was dirty and had spots of mold along the edges. The shower curtain was not wide enough to cover the entire tub so we always had water on the floor after showering. The room was otherwise nice and bed was comfortable. And this hotel is located conveniently to several restaurants. Breakfast was good with a buffet and also where you can order omelets or pancakes.     Beware this place is a complete hole. They have not maintained anything for a very very long time, however they put me on the top floor. Thought it’d be wonderful. All you do is hear the fans on the roof going on all night long as if you’re at the airport listening to a plane arrival, and I thought the street traffic and freeway traffic was bad and no a litt comparison to that noise. The air conditioner is a very poor condition. If you don’t have to run it don’t, then I had an adjacent room and of course I was in here and the person next to me was trying to get into my unit. I put the couch over the door because I did not have a lock. I don’t feel safe leaving my room at all. The sofa and carpets were very stained and the automatic sensor lights in the restroom that pop on all friggin night long are extremely annoying. Oh and now by the way they’re gonna charge you $10 a day on top of what you paid just to park in their parking lot The beds are creepy as hell. The sofa beds are horrible and the sheets are just worn down to nothing. What a shame I used to enjoy this place thank God they feed you free breakfast and cocktails so you can get through your day.     Hotel needs serious updating! This hotel haa seen better days.This hotel looks so run down. Great location. That is about it.We were here because of a room block for a wedding in one of the wineries over the weekend. We needed to stay closer and where everyone is, otherwise we would have gone to a Hyatt hotel/property. We are Hilton Honor members and Hilton have been disppointing in quality of their hotels.We are also World of Hyatt Members and their hotels are way better.The moment you drive up at this hotel, there is no curb appeal. The place looks old. When you walk in, the lobby is small, the front desk area, it is like you are in a motor lodge registration area. Not inviting at all. There is no appeal. The staff however were very nice. Check in process was smooth.Now, going to the room. We ride the only elevator. And oh boy!! The carpet in this elevator have seen better days. It is dirty, dingy.. and ready to be ripped and replaced. There is a funny smell also. When we got to the 4th Fllor.. the same carpeting continues .. the hall is dark, poor lighting. The wall paper is dirty.. The room — not any better either. Same condition of the carpet. Outdated furniture that have been ap worn i dont even want to sit on the couch, looks ao dirty and dusty. The room looks dark and have poor lighting. Paint is peeling in some areas.There is this very old lookng control panel on the wall that ive never seen before in the many hotels Ive been to nationwide and in other countries. The breakfast -the area need to be kept clean.. and be cleared immediately. The omelet taste good though. Ohh and the welcome message on the TV in our room was not even for me.. it was for a “MARK” instead of Maria. We were so disappointed with this hotel. Need some serious updating and staff training on cleanliness.
