    I had multiple cockroaches in my room, that nothing was done about and they refused to comp my room. The manager will not get on the phone with me. They didn't care about how horrible the experience was they just wanted my money. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DIRTY ROOMS, DO NOT STAY HERE.     Untimely response when requesting to cancel for personal emergency (Young child coming up with COVID)

    We had to cancel out trip and the booking because of a young child coming up with COVID. The hotel did not answer to our cancellation request despite several attempts, in writing and phone call, until after the day of our booking, when they refused while accusing us of not contacting them earlier. We have established agreements and procedures in place with our third-party partners, including Expedia and Hotels.com, and must adhere to those terms.We understand that Expedia has offered you a voucher for a future stay, which is a generous accommodation on their part.     I am so thankful to the FOUR POINTS Team. The service inquiry about an event to utilize the pavilion was a quick response. I was greeted by the lovely Krystal L. at the front desk and spoke to her over the phone prior, she was nothing short of welcoming and very accommodating to our needs. I was then introduced to Suri A. one of the Managers who over saw the whole event. Suri is one I would want to work with again when interested in renting the pavilion. Suri came through for our event and helped bring our vision to life in one week. You don't receive great hospitality like this these days, I am so grateful to Krystal and Suri for making this experience smooth and unforgettable. I cannot thank them enough for making us feel so special.     Incredibly underrated hotel, especially for the price. Highly recommended. Zero complaints from me or my wife and kids. It’s in an incredibly convenient location.     The bed was comfortable, but thin walls meant I could hear every last person yucking it up in the hallways late at night. The exercise room was sweltering with broken AC, and the diverter in my shower was broken so that I quickly was standing in a pool of water. I guess breakfast was okay (not included) and they waived the normal parking charge.
