Great location for exploring Encenitas etc. We have a Cardiff in South Wales but had driven 332 miles from Vegas to visit this one!We would recommend this hotel - it is clinically clean, with very polite staff and a small but adequate swim pool and a gym. Breakast was plentiful including maples and eggs. There is a garage on site and an inexpensive mexican cafe.Our room would have slept 4 adultsEncenitas is fab!

This is a really, nice Hampton Inn. I ended staying here for a business trip with my pup. The property is very accommodating of pets and their owners. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is a small pet relief area on site, but I ended walking the neighborhood. The hotel is easy to find - right off the freeway. There was not a lot of freeway noise. It was nice having a hot breakfast in the morning. I'd return again.

Great experience, clean hotel, lovely staff and just a very friendly home away from home. Front desk staff (was attentive and helpful, breakfast staff great and the room staff never missed a beat. Overall I would recommend this hotel and I travel for a living and they impressed me.

Overall, our stay here was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping did a nice job. The breakfast buffet was better than most of the buffets we’ve had at other Hampton Inns. It was well stocked and staff did a great job keeping items stocked. One caution-room 202 is near the road and noisy. Ask for a room away from the road. The taco place next store is decent and very reasonable.

Lifetime Diamond member here. I had a one night stay. Hotel was quiet. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was really good for a Hampton Inn. Staff was standard high quality.About the only thing that kept it from being 5-stars was that the bathroom was a bit dated and could use some minor repairs.
