Hotel is in a good location near to LEGOLAND and outlet mall, rooms were clean and breakfast had many choices. Customer service by Christopher and Jasmine was excellent, overall was a pleasant stay. Definitely this is my hotel when I’m in the San Diego area. Keep up the good job. mother daughter granddaughter Mother’s Day celebration weekend

Chris Long and Jasmyne assisted in the front lobby, which caused our experience to feel like home a couple times we needed something and immediately they assisted us with smiles, professionally and with care I’m not familiar with the area. Cris was number one and help me get from place to place with the trainsz it was super helpful to be confident, reaching our destinations, knowing we were able to make every train. Jasmine was the last person we saw we left again. Best Hampton inn and suites!!

This Hampton inn and suites is awesome and a great value!! They have the best customer service! The location is perfect, close to everything!! We had to update our room reservation and add a couple nights and they were so accommodating! Jasmin at the front desk was amazing!! The night audit was wonderful as well at check in! Just the best staff!! We love the breakfast and rooms are clean and fresh! We will continue to stay here over and over again!! Hotel was easy to get to from the freeway, parking was a little confusing as it's behind another hotel. Room was nice and clean. Reasonably priced for the location. Noise was not a problem. Service was okay. They had a very nice hot breakfast with many choices.
