Had a great time. Hotel was clean and so close to everything. Roxana was friendly, even though we are not doing a vacation package she helped with our check out.

Very nice loaction in downtown in front of the sea port, 5 mins walk to little Italy, 10-155 mins walk to sea port village , Trolly station just behind the building to go everywhere and just 2 stations to old town. Very simple hotel, very clean , nice helpfull staff ( faced a noise issue for my room due to construction inback hotel and they changed it with sea view room) , nice breakfast not much variety but fresh and tasty , coffee machine in room and lobby, shared microwave in lobby .Nice small pool with chess and cobbect 4 big play.Only billows nit comfortable

Located in downtown San Diego. Serves normal breakfast including waffles and cereals. Daily parking is $40 and so pre-reserved and parked at public garage on India Street for $19 including taxes. Hotel room overlooked a wall and an empty lot. House keeping was on alternate days but on the day of cleaning, the lady mentioned that room wasn't available. Well, the issue was brought to the front desk who was apologetic and provided us with fresh towels but having to stay 4-days without basic cleaning is bit too much. Also, I have stayed at Hampton Inns where if the room is unavailable in the morning, house keeping would make a second round to see if it's available for cleaning.

Vanessa @ reception was friendly & accommodating. So nice to check in to a friendly face. Room was clean & quiet. Comfy bed. Didn’t get to enjoy the free breakfast, I checked out early. Better than expected

There is a 7-11 a couple of blocks away but no pharmacies nearby. There are restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance though. Honestly I was worried about staying here because of all of the reviews, but the room was fine except for two things: there was mold in the fridge that smelled horrible and the bathroom light randomly turned on all througout the night. The lady at the front desk was very nice at check-in and the housekeepers were nice as well. You can hear the trolley but if you use ear plugs or a white noise app you'll be fine.
