    Great place to stay in San Diego

    Stayed at the property for a meeting and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff, friendly and helpful. The check in lady was great, she suggested few restaurants in the area and was very welcoming. Come to find out later on that she's the manager. Breakfast was a bit crowded but selections are great! Will come back again.

    The front desk staff, Mila, is very sweet and nice. She helped me check in early due to my early arrival and patiently explained how to log in to the Wi‑Fi.

    Not up to Holiday Inn Express standards

    this hotel not up to the Holiday Inn Express standards. Shower nozzle broken when arrived, shown to new room. New room had TV issues. Went back to original room with broken shower handle and stayed for 3 days. TV tech is NOT like your other hotels. Never knew how to navigate the TV. Breakfast not quite as fresh and good as your other Express hotels. Most important thing-bed was GOOD. Thank you.     Best IHG location ever!

    Honestly, super convenient,and best experiences we've had at an IHG Location thank God!! And we've been to a lot of locations. House keeping, free breakfast,pool, gym. My Husband, kids and I were devastated and heartbroken after our previous unfortunate traumatic fall out at a IHG location in Carlsbad. New Owners ruined our vacation as they were bias and completely disrespected our family at breakfast. I thought I'd never find it in my heart to visit any iHG location anywhere else ever again, I cried my eyes out pregnant. I'm blessed to say I took a chance at the IHG, in Sorrento Ca, San Diego. I'm blown away by the Grace and love the front desk staff and there professionalism they've provided our last two visits. Absolutely convenient distance from Sea World, and Birch Museum . I just want to say thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts ❤️ for being kind, and going above and beyond all of the staff. I love the calmness, and tranquility, and family oriented environment that's open to culturally diverse families of all kinds and ages.

    Quick overnight stay, clean, friendly, and good breakfast along with good event space. Michael at the front desk during the evening was quick and efficient getting me checked in and the info needed for an easy stay which was a nice welcome after a long drive.
