    Amber is hands-down one of the best bartenders and waitresses I’ve ever met. I stay at this hotel frequently for work, and she is one of the main reasons I always look forward to coming back.She goes above and beyond for every guest, making everyone feel welcome, valued, and like part of the family. Her positive energy is contagious, and she has a special way of putting a smile on everyone’s face. She truly is the life of the party and creates such a fun, friendly atmosphere that people naturally gravitate toward.The best part is that her kindness is completely genuine. I don’t even drink anymore, and I still make a point to stop by the bar every time I’m here just to say hello and catch up with her. That’s the kind of impact she has on people.Amber is sweet, caring, hardworking, and exceptional at what she does.     Was staying here for work on base. After checking out was advised by accounting the hotel over charged my Government credit card. When hotels are booked through the government they are to be tax free. Called to get issue resolved but front desk said I had to fill out a form upon check in but I was unaware this was necessary. Now I’m out $400.     Terrible front desk lady named Ana. I came to the front desk to check in, no one was there, waited forever

    The room was good but the front desk lady Ana was AWFUL and RUDE. Extremely passive aggressive and very unprofessional. I came to the lobby front desk to check in and no one was there. Waited patiently for about 15 minutes and just peeked my head into the office behind the desk to see if anyone was there. Ana came out of a different room, said nothing, and I said to her “hi, thank you for coming to check us in” to which she replied passive aggressively and rudely “that’s why there’s a sign there” the sign said “be back momentarily”. I was appalled. No greeting, just totally unconvinced and rude. She needs a lesson in common curiosity and at least an ounce of professionalism.     60 dollars for a cheeseburger and chicken wings.No soap in the room just lotion. Pool not working.Wasn't given a gift bag upon arrival even though I am a member.Gym is tiny. Only Dumbbells and no ventilation.156 a nightAd says walking distance to the beach. It is not.The hotel was practically empty, but they put me by the exit door that was slammed open and shut all night.If you want a clock in the room its 50 dollars extra. They want a 50-dollar deposit for anything you buy but still charge you for anything you buy also. Still have not received deposit back.The maid was nice and did give me towels when asked.     Great hotel --- I had a great stay. Conveniently located, clean, friendly staff. The best part though was having Christina as our bartender --- she's fantastic. Very attentive, personable, and took pride in ownership of the bar and restaurant area. We came back to the bar multiple nights primarily due to her. Great job Christina and team.
