  GO ANYWHERE ELSE, THERE IS MOLD iN ROOM #117 and probably your room too!

  They had the a/c cranked and it was super cold when we walked in. It struck me as odd, but it made sense later after we turned it off and it immediately got humid in the room. So we turned the air back on, and it wouldn't cool. We put it all the way down to 60 degrees, it didnt matter, it never got cool in the room again. Which is probably why there is legit mold on the roof in the bathroom. They did try to paint over it, but it's still very noticeable. Just like all the spiders that are chilling in there with the mold. If that wasn't bad enough, the tv started to change channels on it's own. We went up to the front to see if it could be fixed, the clerk said a guy would be by within 20 minutes. He never came. There is a lot of activity at night at this place. Bunches of people in the parking lot and court yard hanging out, its noisy and dirty. It made me feel unsafe. We stay at travelodge hotels often, like twice a month, never had complaints before. We were very disappointed in this place, I wish I could give negative stars because they deserve nothing less. Customer service sucked, rooms were completely dated and unhealthy, and the neighbors are loud and sketchy. Pay the extra $10-$20 and get another room, room #117 is literally bad for your health! I hope I can post pics, beacuse I got them. We complained to a different clerk, he said he put a note in our file for a discount on our next room with Travelodge... we'll see.   Embarrassing moment

  I have been married for 20 years, I tend to have little gateways with my husband from to time. I stayed in this place for one night and that was enough for us. As we walked into the room the floor was wet my husband almost fell. The remote control didn't function properly, tv had no signal, the bathroom had mold on ceiling, the microwave was dirty, walls were dirty with ugly patches. I don't think this property even has public areas. There were cigarette butts everywhere and trash! I even checked out at 5 am didn't want to wait any longer. Very embarrassing and disappointing. The reviews in the booking websites are fraud stating this is a higher star motel. I did tip the housekeeper she was very attentive!   the place was horrible,dirty,i felt they were stalking me going through my things,dirty sheets ,blankets.the staff is horrible who is running that place would like a refund thank you.i would like the managers to talk there staff and investigate what that people are up to.   Bad expectations

  The housekeeping never clean our room, the staff very bad, smells li black water, no help or discount by Covid 19 state mandatory, very bad and stressed ,stayedfor over 40 days, we try to receive some help or discount they never put it my points, and we always cleaning the room, I think we need to receive a paycheck for work there.
