  We found roaches in the room we were staying. When showering, water fall on floor (soak wet). Parking gets overfill. Never again experiencing this again.

  The location is next to Mission Valley Freeway which seems vey busy and noise is constant until deepest night but might be decreased with door and window insulation. The atmosphere is cheap and lax, needing professional and friendlier service that uses the common terms for housekeeping instead of “room service” and freeway rather than “street,” with truth in advertising instead of travel resources and an elevator sign that claim “free breakfast” when there is NONE, above-ground walkways that instill confidence of safety instead of rambling as if affected by earthquakes, in-room appliances that are connected but run quietly instead of a microwave that an employee moved so it would reach a plug and a refrigerator that sounds like a tornado and a disconnected phone forcing guests back to the office for assistance, and furniture without holes. Further improvement would be responsive, domestic representatives at the “customer service” number listed on the Wyndham webpage instead of people ho claim to only make reservations. That third-party bookings rob Wyndham of payments doubtful so the company needs to take responsibility for such a poor quality facility that uses the name and disgusts guests.

  Refused to return security deposit after check out. I called multiple times but they didn't answer my phone. Thus I need to contact my bank to dispute the charge.

  A good six night spent

  The check in was very easy. Parking was available. Nobody damaged the huge car regardless how busy it was on the weekends. Stayed for six days . The front desk agent was really kind to give me the floor I wanted due to height without getting frustrated. The room was clean overall. There were no hangers for hand towels by the sink. The housekeeping ladies were on top of things we were not missing anything including our coffee. The location of the hotel is perfect. The pool is very small. The noise level is worth mentioning. This hotel is right by the freeway and of course just as in any hotel other noises are added. I give this hotel four starts because for the value we could not get breakfast. I am not sure if they discontinued might wanna call the hotel and ask. We were all excited for breakfast. Also there were no Bibles in the room so hopefully someone took it rather them not considering to put one in. Overall this was the lowest priced but a very clean hotel so I am giving four stars.The checkout also was a breeze just drop the key off at the window.

  Clean room. Competent staff. Bad part of town. Lots of vagrants hanging out in the parking lot. Other than that it was an overall good experience.
