Location

This hotel is nestled in the marina of Mission Bay Shores only about two minutes from Sea World.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 421 rooms located in a 17-storey main building and 3 auxiliary buildings. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. Guests of the hotel can enjoy various recreational facilities, including the garden, during their stay. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can strike that perfect balance between exercise and relaxation in one of the 3 freshwater pools, which are outdoors and in part heated. There is a special swimming area for little ones as well. Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy golf and fishing. For a fee, cycling/mountain biking is also available. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking and diving or, for a fee, water skiing. Sport and leisure options include table tennis or, for a fee, a gym and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a beauty salon. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can indulge their palates at 2 restaurants (non-smoking, air conditioning and high chairs). A wide variety of dishes are served at all three main mealtimes. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner as a set menu. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    The rooms were spacious and clean. The pools were great for families and kids. I would have liked to have had more food and beverage choices on the property. The parking and resort fees were high and added an unexpected cost to the stay. We upgraded our room and had an amazing balcony view.

    Great location and the room was nice however there was a ton of black mold in the bathroom on the wall and ceiling opposite the bathroom (Room 1101). We have 2 young kids so mold exposure is not ideal however other than that it was a nice stay. We loved seeing the Sea World drone show from the balcony.     Perfect location, great atmosphere, the rooms were comfortable but could be cleaned better. Really pricey for lack of activities like breakfast, room service, ect. All night you can hear airplanes taking off and landing. The staff was nice in the front desk area but the staff surrounding the food and bar could use some customer service training.     Hotel has beautiful view. We were welcomed well by the front desk and even upgraded. Upon arrival to our room we noticed the room is not cleaned properly and we found gross stuff on the bed which showed obviously sheets were not cleaned and changed. So, we decided to get extra blankets to use our room without bringing the issue to the manager. It took 4 calls and several hours to bring us blankets. The food at the restaurant was finished before 6:00 pm and what was left had terrible quality and taste.     Overall wonderful experience. We enjoyed using the shuttle to sea world and the resort pool and amenities. Check in was wonderful, thank you Oz. We would definitely stay again.
