Filthy room
13 Sept 2026
We rented a family suite which was far from inexpensive to find a cigarette butt on the carpet once we entered the suite and the AC was not working . Our 1 year old toddler top of her feet were black from rubbing on dirty carpet . Not worth the $2k price ! Guest Experience Team, Guest Services / Front Office at LEGOLAND California Hotel, responded to this review Hello Mark,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Unclean and unsanitary rooms
29 Aug 2026
1) Lack of sanitary conditions:The hotel room in the “city” theme aren’t carpeted, which is fine if the floors were cleaned. I found several places where something brown had to be scraped off the floor. I only hope it was mud or chocolate. Either ways, unacceptable to be in clear view. The bed covers were stained and unclean. 2) The room reeked of sweat. It was not a pleasant experience to sleep in. 3) The food at the Skyline lounge was poor. The place also smelled of stale food. The floors were not cleaned properly. 4) the staff deal with a lot and I give them credit for it. However the cleanliness was really disappointing. I didn’t walk barefoot in that room. I personally would avoid the hotel next time.
